Project description:

The Project Pedagogical Fortification of the Schools of the Integral Program for Educative Equality (FOPIIE) Agreement Nº ALA/2005/17541 has been promoted by the authorities of the Argentine Government, through then Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of the Nation and present Ministry of Education of the Nation, considering that the development of the educative quality in the schools to which it attends the population with greater index of social vulnerability constitutes a central element of the strategy of the sector and by the European Union, through the Delegation of the European Commission in the Argentine Republic, that has defined the communitarian cooperation in the education area like a fundamental tool to fight the poverty and the social exclusion. Also, within the framework of their sectoral policies, from the educative portfolio diverse programs were put in execution of considerable reach and impact, between which the Integral Program for Educative Equality stands out (PIIE) that orients to drive the design and implementation of strategies of fortification of urban educative institutions of the levels 1 and 2 of EGB/Primary, that take care of the infantile population in situation of greater social vulnerability in all the territory of the country.
