Technical Assistance for drawing up Terms of References for the Customs Administration – Serbia

The current project is intended to work with the Customs Administration of the Republic of Serbia (CAS) in developing terms of reference for the implementation of a technical assistance project to be financed under IPA 2007. It is expected that these terms of reference will ensure that the expected results in the project fiche are achieved, and the project purpose is met. Global objective: support the reform process undertaken by the CAS and enhancing organizational and operative efficiency of the customs services in the Republic of Serbia. The specific objective of the assignment is to prepare ToRs for the IPA 2007 annual programme project for the CAs, based on an analysis of the past and ongoing programmes in the sector and taking into consideration the current development of the reform process.
