Plan of the Local Development of Gmina Zagnańsk determines the ways of Gmina’s development through the indication of the order of tasks realization depending on improvement of socio-economic Gmina’s situation. Objective of this study is to plan the allocation of the Gmina financial resources in the way they will cater for the most important needs of habitants . Investment projects which are planed for the realization in the Plan of The Local Development of Gmina Zagnańsk for years 2004 – 2008 were divided due to tasks: Task 1 – Building and renovation of the devices used for supply and purification of the sewage, Task 2 - Building and renovation of the Gmina’s roads and their infrastructure Task – 3. - Building and renovation of the tourist, recreation and relaxation base Task 4. – Creation and improvement of the local education, culture, sport and social infrastructure. Task 5 – Building and renovation of the devices which supply water, Task 6 - Development of Gas pipeline network.
