The Ministry of Education (MoE) has asked for technical assistance to help and implement an MTEF in the Education sector. The global objective is to improve public finance management and accountability in the education sector through a stronger performance oriented planning and budgeting structure. The specific objective is to contribute to the capacity development of the technical structures in the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance dealing with sector policy planning and budgeting, helping them develop a global Medium Term Expenditure Framework in the Education Sector.
