It is aimed to provide short term technical consultancy support to the beneficiary for the preparation of the technical specifications, related market research and Terms of Reference (ToR) for the Strengthening Special Education Project (SSEP) TR0801.05 which will be financed under IPA I Component. It is aimed to conduct needs analysis and market research for the equipment to be procured under the SSEP Project; to prepare “Draft Technical Specifications” for the tenders to be realized under the Project; to prepare ToR for the service component, and to provide the technical assistance to the Beneficiary concerning the corrections in line with the comments received from the line units for the bidding documents when needed.
