Global objectives 1.To assist the EC Delegation and DG REGIO in preparation of IPA Programme component IIIb. 2. To assist the EC Delegation in co-ordination of ISPA/IPA related activities 3. To assist the EC Delegation in co-ordination of the infrastructure OP’s of IPA component III. Specific objectives 1. To assist the EC Delegation in the ex-ante control of procurement of IPA/ISPA projects. 2. In particular to assist the EC Delegation in assessment of the tender dossiers and in the assessment of evaluations of offers for projects under the IPA IIIb component. The specification of the projects will be known after approval of applications for IPA funding 3. To assist the EC Delegation in monitoring of ex-ante control of other environmental measures. 4. To assist the EC Delegation in monitoring of works contracts in environmental sector, following the FIDIC conditions of contract, version red and/or yellow FIDIC standard.
