The subject of this financial analysis was the initiative charged with the responsibility for setting up of the Świetokrzyski Centre for Innovation and Transfer of New Technology ( ŚCITT ). The main aim of this undertaking was a wide ranging notion of entrepreneurial development within the Swiętokrzyski Voivodship through the creation of an imperative instrument for the realisation of the conditional objective (‘Speeding up of Urbanisation and restructuring of the economic base and growth of entrepreneurship in the Voivodship as set out in the Swiętokrzyski Voivodship’s development strategy The project satisfied the objectives and priorities of the national programme ‘Increase of innovativeness in the Polish economy up to the year 2006’ - likewise included in the ‘Medium term economic draft development plan up to the year2002’.
