Technical Assistance to the Government of Mauritius to develop a Strategy paper for Education and Training (2008-2020) and Implementation plan (2008-2011)

The global objective of this project is the development of a consolidated Strategy Paper for Education and Training for Mauritius for the period ending 2020, with particular focus on immediate short term strategic interventions. On the basis of existing policy documents and working papers the experts will have to draft a consolidated education strategy for the Government of Mauritius in the context of its wider reform programme using international best practice as reference and prepare costed implementation plans for the subsectors focusing on core priorities and taking into account annual budget ceiling for the education sector.
