- people living in the rural areas and towns up to 20 thousands of inhabitants and are registered as unemployed - people, possessing farm, which do not exceed 3 hectares

Within the framework of RDP – edition 2003, is being realized a program Employment Promotion Services – „SUPPORT”. The main object of the program is vocational stimulation of people living in rural areas. Carried out activities in the project should stimulate vocational potential of program beneficiaries. Envisaged in the program „SUPPORT” complementary and coherent system of services, directed to every beneficiary, will allow to increase personal potential, motivation for active job-seeking and professional activity The program will equip them with necessary knowledge, skills and needed materials. The participation in the program is free.
