The global objective of this assistance to which this project will contribute, is the development of a sustainable Agriculture Sector in BiH by fostering its approximation to the EU through an enhanced economic and social development of rural communities. The specific objective of this project will be to support rural development programming capacities in BiH by preparation of project design and Terms of Reference for the projects proposed for IPA funding.
