EC Delegation to BiH

The EURED Fund facility was established in 2003 to provide co-financing grants for regional Economic Development projects proposed and implemented by local partners. The fund is managed by the EC Delegation to BiH. Since its establishment a total of five Calls for Proposals have been successfully launched and contracted resulting in 47 projects with total value of over €7 million. The overall purpose of the project is to support EC Delegation in mobilising assistance from IPA 2007. The specific objectives of the requested service are: •To support EC Delegation in developing and drafting specific ToRs for IPA 2007 project “EC support for institutional capacity building for regional Economic and SME Development - Phase III”. •To support EC Delegation in defining specific ToRs for IPA 2007 project “SME Training and related business infrastructure consultancy – Phase II”.
