The project consists in elaboration of document “Application for the Investment Plan of Operational Program Eastern Poland Development 2007-2013” co-financed from the resources of European regional Development Fund. The application concerns the project “Kielce technological park” realisation of which is aimed at improvement of attractiveness of Piekoszow commune regarding investments and creation of Enterprise/Entrepreneurship Incubator to be situated in the city of Kielce. The result of this project will be creation of “Kielce Technological Park” which will be composed of: - administrative-office building with usable area of 2622,44 sq.m. furnished with relevant installations (tele-information, electric, sewage and central heating networks) designated for offices of Technological Park, offices of firms and institution providing services for entrepreneurs situated within the Park, as well as apartments for hire to Incubated Entrepreneurs. - prepared investment sites (equipped with installations), for potential entrepreneurs on plot with an area of 4, 22 hectare at Olszewskiego street in Kielce. - hall with 3,000 sq.m. area situated on above mentioned plot, equipped with all technical and tele-information networks, for hire to Incubated Entrepreneurs. - specially prepared sites in Piekoszow commune with an area of 93 hectare, designated for investors from preferred sectors.
