- persons willing to set-up own economic activity, who live in rural areas and towns up to 20 thousands inhabitants, and at the same time are qualified to one of following groups: a) unemployed, according to the act about employment and counteracting unemployment b) people threatened with unemployment due to technological, privatization and economic changes in work places c) persons, whose one and only source of income is farm in total surface area of less than 3 counted hectares d) persons aged of 14-24, living in one household with people mentioned above e) persons living in household, in which income per capita is less than 1/3 of average remuneration - small entrepreneurs, who had fulfilled a/m criteria before they started economic activity and run their businesses not longer than one year, when join the program

The performance of the Entrepreneurship Support Centers program in 200 is carried out in seven centers (Nowa Słupia, Mniów, Włoszczowa, Stąporków, Skarżysko Kamienna, Bodzentyn, Pawłów). The program aims on stimulation of economic potential in rural areas. People living in such regions have usually more difficult access to institutions, which can support them in their plans’ realisation. Relevant localization of centers ESC, enables to use the broad range of services, which can help in their undertakings’ development. The main object of the program Entrepreneurship Support Centers is vocational stimulation of unemployed through training courses in the scope of running own economic activity as well as improvement of their qualifications and personal skills’. In case of entrepreneurs, the activities aim on support in acquiring better market position and business development. In connection with an interest taken in our services, EPRD supports and stimulates the activity of Entrepreneurship Support Centers, creating at the same time conditions to development of rural areas. The participation in the project is free.
