This assignment’s objective is to provide information to the ETF on the scope and the scale of USAID’s work in the international education sector worldwide, with a particular focus on USAID’s work in the PCs. Using publicly available data and reports as well as information previously available publicly on USAID websites, this study will examine trends, present summative conclusions, and discuss the implications of the withdrawal of the US development assistance for the EU and member states.
