The In the range of work, the application has been prepared connected with the possibility of the co-financing of investment under the framework of the Priority 1, The Environment Protection and also The Human Environment, by contaminants reduction and promoting of renewable energy sources, for the task rely on thermo-modernization of the Custody buildings in Kielce. Directly, the investment realization aimed at insulating of The Custody buildings in Kielce, which are complex of the housing buildings (part I – IX) and also administrative- auxiliary buildings. It has influence for reducing cost of central heating and decreasing of emission some substance harmful for atmospheric pollution to arise by combustion of petrol in a local boiler house.
