Civil Society Organisations’ role in human capital development: resilience and lessons from Georgia for the future

The specific objective of the assignment is to analyze the role of CSOs in human capital development in Georgia, focusing on their resilience and lessons learned during and after the COVID-19 crisis and in the context of the Ukrainian war. The expected results include the development of a database on CSOs active in education and employment in Georgia, conducting a survey according to ETF methodology, a comprehensive report detailing the survey findings. The overall project process will consist of seven key activities and produce 12 outputs, to be implemented over the course of 8 months.
