The purpose of the present assignment will be to assess the most effective tools that Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), CSO international networks and national Agencies competent for CSOs, local and international CSO networks use to achieve impact. Significant number of CSOs, national Agencies competent for CSOs, local and international CSO networks will be interviewed about the methods and tools in their respective work, which they consider as the effective and impactful. The result of the assignment will be a report containing a typology or reasoned list of the methods and tools used by the CSOs in various geographical contexts and across multiple dimensions of their work which will be further used by ETF to design policy advice to the partner countries on the critical role of CSOs in the participatory governance; and define the 2022 plan of activities. The project will start in November 2021 and will last till March 2022.
