The objective of the assignment is to develop a Guidance Note on RQF that will encompass the systematic review of RQFs and the level descriptions of the RQFs. The main users of this Guidance Note will be experts and researchers, representatives of policy-making and implementation bodies at regional/ continental levels, international cooperation agencies and national institutions involved in the domain of qualifications and NQFs.
