EPRD will conduct a mapping of initatives under the lead of international actors, national actors including intermediary bodies, public entitities and social partners organizations, focusing on skills development, up-skilling and re-skilling in support to enterprise development actions targeting skills as a key asset for transformation and resilience, innovation and greening in the after-math of COVID-19. The territorial scope will cover region 1 - Eastern Europe (Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Russian Federation) and region 2 - Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia)
