The objective of the present assignment was to provide a Skills and Migration Country fiche that : • Present trends and challenges related to the skills’ dimension of migration in order to provide an updated and structured state of play. • Focus on policy developments and practical experiences to reinforce migrants’ skills. Policies and projects will be analysed with reference to a) address legal labour migration needs and b) migration and development issues in the logic to identify success factors and challenges to be addressed. • Provide broad recommendations for actions via EU support initiatives and ETF own activities in order to help improve the current situation in the medium term.
