This assignment aims to design, test and finalise needs identification tools, that will help systems and training organisations to respond to a need for more and better tailored digital skills and competence provision for educators in South Eastern Europe, the Republic of North Macedonia and Serbia. This assignment will map the digital competences of a sample of teachers and will audit provision of digital competences for teachers. It will help to understand training needs at different levels and analyse how well training provision currently meets these needs at different levels. It will develop the methodology that makes it possible to assess the adequacy of the in-service training offer in relation to teachers’ self-assessment of digital competence needs. The project will start in September and will be continued till the end of the year 2020.
