Design and delivery of training on Quality Assurance on work-based learning for the Eastern Partnership Regional Forum on work-based learning

The objective of the present assignment is to design and deliver a half-day training on Quality Assurance of work-based learning in VET. The assignment will cover the design of the training module, delivery of the training and facilitation of the training, production of a training package (for dissemination perspective). This half-day program is a follow up of capacity building session provided by the ETF at the previous Regional meeting on work-based learning in October 2018 for the same target group (policy makers and stakeholders from EaP countries). Thus, the programme should be based on this introductory session. PPT of this introductory session will be provided to the expert. Content of the capacity-building programme should be based on the ETF Handbook on Work-based learning for policy makers and social partners in ETF partner countries and taking into account the EQAVET work1, European Quality Framework for Apprenticeships , the ILO toolkit for Quality Apprenticeship and should cover: 1.1. An introductory session on Quality Assurance framework in general and in work-based learning in particular. 1.2. The core part should address the following issues: formal quality assurance mechanisms, improving the quality of informal work based learning, supporting the companies in order to ensure a quality of training at the work place, examples of practical tools to ensure quality assurance in work based learning. Remark: The above-mentioned issues could be complement by other relevant topics.
