The General Objective of the assignment is to assist the transition from 10th EDF support to Education and Training Sector Strategic Plan 2015-2020 (ETSSP) implementation to 11th EDF support to TVET reforms in Botswana. Specific objectives: The specific objective is to enhance the capacity of ETSSP coordination unit under Ministry of Basic Education to align the three education ministries' programmes towards the delivery of TVET in Botswana. In particular, ensuring that the introduction and implementation of the multiple pathways reform programme is further strengthened and a robust ETSSP coordination mechanism is put in place across the three education ministries. The project will be implemented during the period of July 2019 till February 2020.
