State Enterprise Sulphur Mine “Grzybów” in Rzędów Rzędów 40, 28-142 Tuczępy

The strategic aim of the program are activities from winding up of the mining institute getting out the sulphur and all mining damages connected with it’s activity to economic and social revival of affected area. It is necessary to implement many aims in order to accomplish strategic aim, herein: 1. Sulphur industry restructurization with reference to Sulphur Mine “Grzybów” in Rzędów 2. Protection and improvement quality of natural environment 3. Professional and economic elicitation of after-mining territory (after production ofsulphur) 4. Local development of gminas which belong to the union 5. region competitions improvement These aims are going to be accomplished by building the consistent supporting system for firms and institutions and for projects realized by them with reference to: • Completion mining institute winding up processes and areas reclamation • After mining buildings and areas development • Modern system of waste industry creation • Dangerous and after-industrial refuse utilization • Production of conductivity and electric energy based on biomas in Świętokrzyskie Voivodship introduction • Technical infrastructure development having influence on improvement of natural environment condition • Technical communication infrastructure conditions development and improvement • New workplace creating • Life conditions and union occupier security improvement. Analysis of planned investing intentions and their potential financing sources, allows to presume, that to realize program’s aim in the best way, there should be created one large project or group of projects formed in integral whole. Presuming that the budget of all planned investments greatly exceeds 10 millions euro and scope of majority intentions focuses on two areas: environment and transport, it is desirable to contend for subsidization from Integrity Fund. To achieve intended aim realizing individual programs and projects creation option SPO, especially ZPORR possibilities should be used.
