Support data and evidence collection for the Torino process in Kosovo

Inspired by the EU Copenhagen-Bruges Process, the Torino Process is an evidence-based analysis of Human Capital Development (HCD) and VET policies responses in a given country. It is based on country ownership and the broad and open participation of stakeholders from the public and private sectors. At the heart of the Torino Process lies the regular monitoring of emerging challenges concerning skills development and VET policy, which enables partner countries to assess their impact and the progress with the implementation of VET reforms.
