The objective of this assignment is to operationalise the design of the Knowledge Hub, with Reference to the ICT sector as a relevant illustration for other sectors in the future. Specifically, the assignment is to identify the institutions (in the large sense: organisations, centres, employers representative bodies, etc.) that should form the future knowledge hub, and what the respective roles are going to be. The knowledge hub is going to be a collaborative platform whose purpose is the creation and management of skills intelligence, specifically in ICT.
