The present external support is aimed at assisting the European Commission in compiling relevant information on transparency and traceability in the garment sector. In particular, the objectives of the project realized by EPRD will be to support the Commission in carrying out a background analysis to feed into work carried out on responsible management of the value chain in the garment sector and to provide a tangible output in the form of a brochure to be published to inform relevant stakeholders and the general public, in particular to help consumers of clothing to make informed purchasing decisions.
