Evaluation of the Euromed Invest regional project

During the evaluation, EPRD's role was: - to provide an overall independent assessment of the European Union's financed project "Enhancement of the Business Environment in the Southern Mediterranean", its design, its implementation by the GIZ IS led consortium as well as its overall performance; - to identify key lessons and recommendations in order to inform and improve the current and future European Union's strategies on planning and programming future similar activities, in particular in the field of access to finance for MSMEs.
