The aim of this project is to support the EUD in Ankara in monitoring of on-going projects: three railway construction projects, Technical Assistance contracts and supply contracts. Within this task, the consultants are expected to: 1) visit construction sites, TA offices; and b) monitor and report on the financial and physical progress of the projects. The project will be implemented between January and December 2016.
