The global objective of the project is to improve the effectiveness of VET reforms so that they are more demand-driven and responsive to labour market needs and provide access to (self-) employment, including of disadvantaged groups. The specific objective is to support the European Commission in designing a project which can complement ongoing actions, to: - Structurally analyse the performance of the partner countries' VET system to foster evidence-based policy making and dialogue; - Provide complementary support modules to enhance the responsiveness to formal and informal market demand and promote effective private sector involvement in the VET system, while offering enhanced opportunities for disadvantaged groups.
