The overall objective in the project was to contribute to aid and development effectiveness through better coordination in the European Union (EU) and Member States’ (MS) programming and implementation. The specific objectives were: - Strengthened joint programming (JP) processes at country level, including improved capacity of EU Delegations (EUDs) in donor coordination and, - Improved methodology, operational knowledge of “division of labour” among EU and its MS.
