The global objective of the contract is to improve air quality in the Republic of Belarus. The specific objective of this contract is to provide technical support to the EU Delegation to the Republic of Belarus by preparing technical specification and providing input in the tender evaluation of the procurement of radiation and air quality monitoring equipment as foreseen in the programme "Strengthening Air Quality and Environmental Management in Belarus" (SAQEM). The contract will be implemented from November 2015 until June 2017.
