EPRD has been selected by the Delegation of the European Union to Turkey to provide the Technical Assistance for EOP Tender Evaluation, Monitoring and Appraisal, and ESOP Prioritization. Specifically, EPRD’s team of Experts, has: Ensured tender procedures’ compliance with PRAG tendering procedures and FIDIC contract conditions and other established rules of the Decentralised Implementation System (DIS) in Turkey as well as their technical soundness. Monitored projects under Implementation Appraised projects submitted for financing Reviewed the prioritisation methodology developed for projects to be funded under ESOP. The project was implemented from August 2015 until December 2016.
