EPRD has been selected by the European Commission to provide the technical assistance and conduct the study to define parameters of a convertible grants support scheme. The overall objective is to contribute in successfully implementing the Action through a convertible grants scheme that is used for the first time in the EU development cooperation in Energy. Specifically, EPRD will provide an agreeable, practical and comprehensive set of documents to be used as a guide for the implementation, operation, and follow-up of the Action The assignment has been scheduled for implementation from December 2014 until September 2015.
