EPRD has been contracted by the Delegation of the European Union to Armenia to conduct an analysis of the social services delivery in this country. Specifically, EPRD will: 1. Produce an analysis of the state of the social services delivery in Armenia (strategy, actors, funding, decision-making, coverage, statistical data, active donors); 2. Support the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs with the strategic policy direction in this sector, and the EU Delegation with the identification of a new EU-funded action in this area. Through this assignment, EPRD will contribute to the analytical work of the sector of social services delivery in Armenia and to a new EU intervention in this field. The analysis will be conducted from September 2014 to September 2015.
