EPRD has been selected to undertake the project “Feasibility study to improve maritime connectivity and set the conditions for the setting-up of a regional cabotage service in the South-West Indian Ocean region”. The overall objective of the assignment is to contribute to the economic and social development of the IOC region through the reduction of transportation cost (shipping, ports, storage..), facilitation of trade through non-tariff barriers (dues/taxes; documentary processing of trade...), and optimized transport connections intra IOC and with countries/markets outside the IOC. The project will be implemented during the period : September 2014 to Mai 2015
