EPRD has been selected to provide the Technical Assistance to the EU Delegation to Turkey for the Regional Competitiveness Operational Programme. The global objective of the assignment is to ensure proper and timely implementation of the operations covered under the RCOP. Specifically, EPRD will provide technical expertise during the assignment for the programming, tendering / contracting, and implementation stages of the construction (works) and construction supervision components of the selected projects under RCOP. EPRD will also assist the EU Delegation to perform its ex-ante control and monitoring responsibilities effectively and efficiently. The assignment will be carried out from January 2014 until December 2014
