Delegation of the European Union to Belarus

Delegation of the European Union to Belarus selected EPRD to conduct the to identify potential areas of cooperation and assistance of the European Union to Belarus in this sector. EPRD will provide the Delegation of the European Union to Belarus with an extensive overview of the situation and evaluation with regards to social inclusion in order to prepare itself for a possible intervention in the sector. Specifically, the assignment will concern: 1. Evaluation and to prepare an overview of social sector in Belarus, identify its challenges and opportunities; 2. Identification of other donors and stakeholders assistance to Belarus in the field; 3. Identification of potential areas of cooperation and assistance in the social sector; 4. Conducting of consultations with the following stakeholders: state authorities; civil society organisations (CSOs) and donors The evaluation will be carried out from February to June 2014.
