Project description:

The strategic aim of this project, localised within the administrative borders of the City of Kielce was the prevention of soakage of urban sewage into the waters of Primary Groundwater Reservoirs GZWP 417 and GZWP 418 and maintenance of operational water reserves. The project was also aimed at maintaining very high drinking water quality for citizens of both City of Kielce as well as nearby Gminas. The project was divided into the following tasks: - task 1. The north-west region. Gruchowska, Zastawie, Łazy, Iglasta, Lubiczna, Żelaznogórska, Piaseczny Dół, Przęsłowa Streets, - task 2. The south-east region. Ściegiennego, Weterynaryjna, Łanowa, Przyłogi, Kalinowa, Łukowska, Posłowicka, Na Stole, Zagrebowicka, Chorzowska, Charsznicka, Sędziszowska, Wolbromska, Trzuskawicka, Będzińska, Sławkowska, Olkuska Streets, - task 3. West region. Zalesie, Aleksandrówka, Janowska, Dobromyśl, Streets, - task 4. Sandomierska Street, - task 4. Sandomierska Street, - task 5. Narwicka, Tobrucka, Helska, Oksywska, Modlińska, Kocka, Kutnowska, Bitwy nad Bzurą, Łopianowa, Monte Casino, Nad Wizną, W. Reginisa, Sucharskiego, Maczka, Starzyńskiego, Dąbka, Rumiankowa, Jaśminowa, Rozmarynowa, Chabrowa Streets, - taks 6. Otrocz, Powstania Styczniowego, Gustawa Morcinka, Radliska Streets, - task 7. Kruszelnickiego, Batalionów Chłopskich Street, - task 8. Rain water pre-treatment plants: Si2, Si3, Si8, I LU. The whole undertaking covered a total of 90,2 km of urban sewerage system, including 71,3 km of gravity sewers, 18,9 km of pressure pipes, 22 local and main sewage pumping stations and 4 rain water pre-treatment plants.
