The objective of the project is to increase absorption capacity of EU funds, particularly IPA funds, available to Croatia under the Operational Programme Human Resources Development. In particular, to facilitate knowledge, increase skills and understanding of opportunities provided under the IPA and its methodology framework among grant applicants and beneficiaries and to ensure sufficient number of IPA grant applications ready for submission within the framework of the three Grant Schemes under Operational Programme HRD 2012-2013.
