The project was prepared in relation of co-financing in the framework of Integrated Opera-tional Programme of regional Development (ZPORR), Priority 1 – Development and mod-ernisation of infrastructure for strengthening competitiveness of regions (Activity 1.1 “Devel-opment and modernisation of regional transport infrastructure”, Sub-activity 1.1.1 “ Road infrastructure”) aiming at improving accessibility of communication in particular regions. The purpose of this project was improvement of transport conditions in north-eastern part of city (Słoneczne Wzgórze and Świętokrzyskie housing) for which the next streets: M.Lipcowego, Radomska and J.Krasickiego make up the main shipping passageway towards city centre and also trade centre located by Radomska Street.
