The overall objective of the programme of which this contract will be a part is to prepare Albania for implementation of the acquis communautaire, in particular in the sectors of justice and home affairs, education and environment protection. The specific objective of this assignment is to have in place external technical experts, who could assist Project Managers (engineers) working in the EU Delegation to Albania on various tasks related to implementation of infrastructure projects funded by IPA assistance. The contract will be implemented between March 2013 and April 2014.
