The purpose of this assignment is to advise the EUD on the release of the 3rd and last tranche of the ESPSP on the basis of complete assessment of the reform benchmarks. EPRD will assess the progress in performance indicators that will determine the release of the 3rd tranche; evaluate the degree of completion of each target; collect and verify the appropriateness of all the means of verification specified in the FA for the release of the tranche; and advise the EUD on the release of the tranche.
