The global objective of this Mid-Term Review Evaluation is to assess the efficiency, effectiveness, impact and viability of the project in order to verify that the activities and results of the project are in line with those outlined in the Financing Agreement.
The evaluation shall be performed between October 2012 and and January 2013.
