The global objective of this contract is to support The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the EC in the preparation of an institutional Twinning project within the framework of the EU-Azerbaijan European Neighbourhood Policy. The specific objective of this contract is to support The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan in drafting a Twinning Fiche necessary for launching an institutional Twinning.
