The overall objective required in the project was to elaborate the applications for the subvention of the investment within the frames of SAPARD programme – Action 3 and 4 for the following investments: 1. Action 3 – Development and improvement of the rural area infrastructure, a. Scheme 3.1 – Water supply with water conditioning system for the farms: • „Construction of the transit connection Gościniec-Chęciny with the water pipe in Korzecko; junction of the water pipe in Sitkówka Street with the water pipe in Panek Street; junction of the collective water pipe in Zalejowa Street with the existing water pipe in Sitkówka Street and in the Czerwona Góra housing estate” b. Scheme 3.2 – Municipal sewage diversion discharge and treatment: • „Construction of sanitary sewerage system in Radkowice village with sewers (stage II, III and IV) and with sewage pumps stations”, • „Construction of rainy sewerage system in the Północ housing estate in Chęciny – stage II”. c. Scheme 3.4 – Gmina`s and poviat`s roads in rural areas: • „Streets in the housing estate Północ – stage II in Chęciny” 2. Action 4 – Diversification of economic activity in rural areas, a. Scheme 4.3 – Public tourist infrastructure in rural areas: • „Purchase of hardware (personal computer) and order of the elaboration and realization of the multimedia presentation promoting natural-landscape value of the Gmina Chęciny” The above mentioned investment tasks aim at ensuring accessibility of inhabitants to fundamental technical infrastructure, environment protection, and also increasing of attractiveness of the Gmina Chęciny, indirectly intensification of the economic development in Gmina Chęciny.
