The purpose of the project was to elaborate a pre-feasibility investment study connected with the possibility of the co-financing of the investment within the framework of ZPORR - Priority I – Building-up and modernization of the infrastructure used for strengthening competitiveness of region (Action 1.1 “Modernization and building up of the regional transport system,” Sub-action 1.1.1. “Road infrastructure”) for investment consisting in rebuilding and modernization of the poviat roads No 0450T, 0405T, 0486T on the section Staporkow – Hucisko – Mokra – Krasna – Mniow – Grzymalkow – Ruda Strawczynska, governed by two neighbouring poviats: Konecki Poviat and Kielce Poviat. The elaboration of the pre-feasibility investment study aimed at: • informing investor of the possibility of investment co-financing from EU Structural Fund, • determination of formal-legal condidtions which investor should fulfil when applying for support from EU Structural Funds, • elaboration of the financial and economic-legal analysis of investment realization with support of EU Structural Funds.
