The project focuses on review of the Assessment of effects on Natura 2000 network as required by Article 6(3) and (4) of the Habitat Directive (92/43/EEC) for a project proposal called "Establishing rail connection to Modlin Airport by modernization of existing infrastructure". More specifically, the subject of concern is the way in which likely impacts on Natura 2000 were addressed in the documents concerning this and related project(s).
