EPRD will identify and formulate the Project / Programme "Small and Medium Enterprise Sector in Ukraine - Eliminating barriers for growth". The overall objective of this assignment is to strengthen and stimulate development of the Ukrainian SME sector through reducing barriers for its growth. In particular, EPRD will assess the present situation of the SME sector in Ukraine and its institutional and legal framework as well as formulate the sector policy support programme.
