EPRD will carry out the final evaluation of the Local Governance and Non-state actors Support Programme in Lesotho. The overall objective of the final evaluation is to provide decision makers in the National Authorising Office, the European Commission and other interested stakeholders with sufficient information to make an informed judgement about the past performance of the project (its efficiency, effectiveness and impact) and to document lessons learnt. The final evaluation will be carried out in Lesotho within September 2011 - November 2011.
